Brown Patch
I have a large redish-brown patch of raised skin on the back of my neck?
It used to be very small and it began to go away but over the past few months it’s gotten to be a larger than a quarter. It’s pretty circular, and it doesn’t itch so I didn’t really realize it was still there until a few days ago. It feels more sensitive than the skin around it. Does anyone know what it could be? I’m 15, by the way. I have rosacea but this is nothing like it at all.
Obviously, impossible to tell you what it is without seeing it, but certainly reddish/brown raised patch of skin that tends to grow in people your age, in that location, can be a nevus sebaceous. When these grow,they often start to develop other growths within them, so that a good dermatologist should look at it.

Skin Care – How to Get Rid of Brown Spots
Changes in skin coloration are a normal part of the aging process. But many people find brown spots, also known as “liver spots” or “age spots”, to be unattractive. These spots that often appear on the back of the hands are caused by sunlight exposure or chronic bruising of the skin.
