I used to make my homemade mac. & Ch w / the big / long noodles (look like drinking straws), but can not find it!
Does anyone know of a company that still sells this type of pasta? The noodles are wider and longer / fatter than drinking straws.
I know what you're talking about, but I remember the Italian name for them. Call or visit an Italian market, deli or even an authentic Italian restaurant and talk to the owner or chef, will know what they are called. We used to have an Italian Import Mart / cheese shop but closed it. Larger cities often have them or sections as Little Italy Italian New York, Boston, New Jersey. My older relatives would know but they have gone.

Real Issues and Straw
There was once a wise man who lived in a small village. A poor woman went to the village wise to seek advice. He lived in a small hut, just large enough for her husband and two children. Hard times befell happened that the parents of her husband. They had no place to live. Be polite, let them pass to the already crowded hut. The crowded space soon became nerves. "What should I do?" A week passed and things worsened. Every time the cow is returned, the six occupants had to change seats. It was impossible to sleep. The woman returned the wise man in tears. "I feel miserable than ever, "she said and told the whole story.
The wise man stroked his beard, thought awhile and asked: "Have you some chickens, my dear lady? "
Yes, "she said, but what has to do with my problem? "
"I have an answer," advised. "Take the chickens at the cottage for a week and then come back to me." More skeptical than ever, again took his advice, he was a man wise.
A week later, hysterical, she returned. "You're crazy," he said. "Your advice is bad. My shelter is now impossible to live The cow turns, flying chickens, coughing in the statutes, the children are in their pens the soup, and I fight with my husband. Everything is your fault. "

This points to the history of a technique used by many negotiators – the buyers, sellers, engineers, project managers, supervisors, executives.
